SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS UPDATES: On Sunday, Jan. 22, the F3 class will begin their study of Adam Hamilton's “24 Hours That Changed the World.” Each week the discussion will be facilitated by a different class member using the provided Leader Guide, book, scripture, and DVD. “No single event in human history has received more attention than the suffering and crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth. In this book, Adam Hamilton guides us through the last twenty-four hours of Jesus' life. Each chapter is designed to help us experience and understand the significance of Jesus' suffering and death in a way we have never done before. All are invited to join us as we retrace the last 24 hours of Jesus' life.”
THE CHRISTIAN ISSUES CLASS will be starting a new study on Sunday, February 5. It will consist of a DVD series titled “The Lives of Great Christians.” The class meets in the back parlor and would welcome new members or visitors to join us.
NEW MEMBER CLASS: Beginning Sunday, February 5th at 9:00 in Ellis Hall Pastor Drew will lead a study on our Christian Faith, what it means to be a Presbyterian, and what it means to be a member of SPC.
